Could be: If radiation is part of the treatment protocol this can effect motility of colon exposed to the radiation. Some chemo drugs also affect motility. Ask your oncologist.

I have frequent constipation, sometimes a yellow/orange jelly like substance will come out when I try to use the restroom. Is this normal or a sign of cancer? It happens maybe once every couple months depending on what I eat.
