Would be late: By the time a bladder cancer has progressed enough to make you constipated, you'll have other indications that something is seriously wrong. If you've been constipated for more than a few days, and are drinking enough water, it's worth checking with your physician -- thyroid disease, porphyria and a variety of other medical illnesses may announce themselves this way.

Bladder: It is theoretically possible; however, bladder cancer is highly unusual in a patient 35 years of age. There are many other more common causes of constipation than bladder cancer.
