Rare: Bladder cancer in your age group would be quite unusual but microscopic hematuria is abnormal and should be checked out by a urologist.

Yes: Your risk is low. The genetic factor is not really known to be significant with bladder cancer and your young age as a non-smoker also is in your favor. I assume that your father was a smoker or had some other chemical exposure history. Having said all that, you still should have a hematuria work up by a urologist.
