You : You could look to see if you're leptin resistant. You could assess this with a reverse T3 (liothyronine) test and if it is elevated you like are leptin resistant. If you follow some simple rules how to eat you will be able to activate your uncoupling proteins. Humans have five total but the ones most important for weight loss are ucp 3 and ucp1. Increase exercise: You may benefit from simply exercising a little bit longer or at a higher intesity. Consider a pedometer to help you keep a consistent track of how active you are.
