A few things: Make sure your shoes are of proper fit and in good repair so they cushion and support the feet. Also make sure you stretch and warm-up and ramp up your exercise activity. If you are doing impact exercises or use a treadmill, see if you need to dial it down a little. If these measures do not help, see a podiatrist.
