Good question: Have your baby suck as often as possible, even hourly. Wake him/her up at night as well. Make sure you are eating enough and drinking plenty of fluids. Milk crises are common at 3, 7 and 12 months, so don't get discouraged. Breast massage in warm shower may help as well. Certain supplements, such as mother's milk can be helpful. Don't supplement with formula! seek lactation spec's help.
