Fenugreek: Definitely give fenugreek capsules a try, one to two capsules three times a day, this is a Greek Herb known to increase milk supply. It's more what to drink that you need to concern yourself with, and it is LOTS of water that you need. Fill a pitcher full with a nice lime or lemon and ice, and have a full glass each time you sit down to nurse! Calcium is important also! 4 servings a day!
