Drying up milk: It is best to just decrease breastfeeding frequency and wrap your breasts to keep pressure on them. The milk will dry up on it's own.

Rarely used: Medications to stop BM production have have not been used routinely in the USA for decades. Gradually eliminating 1 feed every 2-3 days, feeding for 2-3 min/side to quell engorgement discomfort followed by bottle, cold turkey+ binding are all useful methods.
