It depends: If her nose has been running just for a few days, you may try nasal rinsing with saline. If she has had a runny nose for a long time and without fever, she may have allergies. Again, saline rinse would be helpful, but that you can try an otc antihistamine such as Cetirizine (zyrtec) syrup 1cc. If the runny nose continues, or requires daily medicine, see y our pediatrician or pediatric allergist.
