Bruised septum: I have a lot of questions.... Did she hit her nose? She may have fractured her nasal bones or her septum. Sheprobably has a bruised septum with a irritated vessel along the anterior portion. If it continues to bleed, an otolaryngologist can quickly cauterize the offending vessel and take care of the problem.
