My mom has a stuffy nose scratchy throat and sneezing. it came two days ago. what can she take. she dont have a fever. scare if its covid?

Could be COVID 19.Rest, hydrate, quarantine & eat healthfully. Consider use of acetaminophen, saline for nasal irrigation, decongestant or cough syrup. Naprosyn is a good choice if NSAID’s are used. Zinc, vitamin C & D supplements may be helpful. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, marked persistent chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion. Seek med consult.
