What to do if i just had a nose bleed after sneezing a few times, should i be concerned?

Not usually: A combination of nasal irritation by whatever is causing the sneezing and the sudden increase in blood pressure can cause nasal bleeding. As long as it is infrequent, without major blood loss, and no other nasal symptoms such as congestion then can probably safely observe.
