very likely : As you sneeze and increase pressure temporarily it can get transmitted to the ears. The fact that you are having bleeding suggests some issues with equalizing pressure in your ears which has potential to lead to rupture in eardrum. The bleeding may be from small vessels on the eardrum. An exam by provider will be able to assess for any tears or problems with pressure.
