See doctor: First one needs to find out the cause for the bleeding which usually originates at the nasal septum. One also needs to know if you are using an OTC nasal spray, cocaine, or a nasal steroid spray (directed towards the center instead of the sides of the nose). Your family doctor should be able to help you out on this.
