Can a nosebleed occur out of the blue? i woke up, wasnt touching my nose, or sneezing, etc, yet nose started bleeding. same side that always bleeds.

Yes: You may have a friable blood vessel in that nares. Dryness especially in winter time can trigger a bleeding. Allergy is another cause. A trauma you may not notice while sleeping can cause it. If have hypertension that could be another possible cause.
