Daily program diet for losing weight?

1 doctor answer
Dr. Fred Gallo
35 years experience in Clinical Psychology
500 calories: There are many effective diet programs, although your commitment is necessary. By reducing 500 calories ea day you can reduce your weight by 1 lb ea week until you achieve the weight supported by your caloric intake. Good to get regular exercise too. Also practice meditation 10 minutes daily, since it can help reduce stress and improve willpower.
