Weight loss: Rather than focus on weight loss, perhaps consider focusing on health. DASH, Mediterranean & vegetarian diets all have evidence to support health benefits eg lower risk of Alzheimer's disease, cancer, diabetes, heart disease, stroke, etc. Since you live in Morocco, eating culturally & ethnically appropriate food w/lots of veggies, fish, chicken etc is good. Avoid Western diet. Exercise regularly!

Create a specific: plan if action, i.e.,a food plan and an exercise plan, with the help and permission of your doctor. Low carbs and high protein is one way to go. Peace and good health. Please write it all down.
