It should not: It depends on what you mean by too much exercise. Regular exercise, either cardio or weight training, if you breath properly and do not hold your breath and strain (valsalva) should not cause a recurrence of migraines. If, however, you exercise to the point of chronic fatigue or overuse, you could develop headaches.
