Weight; diet: Current bmi is 33 = obese. For your height, u need to reach 80 kg for normal bmi. If u are very muscular, bmi doesn't account for that. Portion control (fewer calories) & increased exercise are keys to weight loss. Avoid fast food, sugary drinks, starches (high glycemic index). Lean proteins, lots of fruits & colored veggies, whole grains, water; use salad plate; no seconds. 4-6 mini-meals/day.
