The key is fitness: You're almost at your physical peak and owe it to yourself to find some fitness activity that you enjoy and will keep you burning calories -- it will normalize your appetite. Get a scientific book or dietician consult to learn to count calories. What you do in private has nothing to do with your weight, and if this is a conflict for you, talk with a sensible man -- maybe even dad.
