What can i get for the pain of my bottom front teeth? they move back n forth freely

Loose teeth: If your lower teeth are moving , I am sure it is uncomfortable. It sounds like you may have bone loss from periodontal ( gum) disease. First see your dentist to make a diagnosis and they will recommend treatment options. You may want to try wearing a soft night guard that you may purchase at the drug store to hold things in place until you get to the dentist.

Perio problem: Sounds like you have severe periodontal disease if the teeth are that mobile. See your dentist to have it evaluated, .

Worrisome: If the teeth are really that loose, they probably have a poor prognosis. Go see your dentist, and don't be surprised if the dentist tells you you will have those teeth pulled.
