Not likely: Ibuprofen rarely alters the menstrual cycle. Stress, pain, and other factors could cause you to miss. Then, there is always pregnancy if you are having sex but that is not likely given the fact that you are on the pill. Ask your gyn if women miss their periods occasionally while on your particular brand of pill.
