Many Exercises: Many people use wheelchairs, some to go out in the community, and seek pools with chair access. Others, at home, enjoy dancing to music, bodyblade (tm), nintendo wiifit, and roll access weight machines. Remember to concentrate on muscles you need to transfer, and not to overload muscles prone to injury. Wheelchairs are not all alike; use a physiatrist to get a special wheelchair for sport.
