See below: The most important thing about a cushion is that it shouldn't "bottom out". Iit should support you equally. Different cushions have a modular design which can be custom fit for your needs. Obviously if you have sensation on your back side, comfort is very important. If you are insensate (cannot feel) down there, it is important to check for pressure areas which are red spots that persist.
