Possibly: Ideally you would no longer have pain after surgery, but it is possible. Tingling in the hand is usually related to an irritated nerve. Carpal tunnel is the most common cause. I would recommend seeing your hand surgeon to have this evaluated.

Possibly not related: Hand numbness and tingling can often be caused by carpal tunnel syndrome. If you are starting to experience hand numbness, it may or may not be related to your surgery 6 months ago. If your surgery was to address numbness and it has returned, i would recommend a repeat visit to that surgeon for evaluation.
