Need diagnosis: We need to know more about your total health. Has a neurologist seen the patient. What has the ncv and EMG shown? How thorough has your diagnosis been evaluated for the etiology of neuropathy been done. If completely then consider neuropathy medications such as anticonvulsants Gabapentin or pregabalin.
