How long has it been: Sorry to hear there's been no change, but perhaps you have not given it sufficient time to see if it's going to change. Plus with multiple bulging discs suggest that you may have what's known as a 'military back, which causes pain and stiffness in your sacrum, coccyx, and low thoracics. Would benefit from having an osteopathic phyiscian. Not sure how many there are in india. This will help relieve.

Carpal Tunnel: Sometimes, patients who have hand tingling are experiencing symptoms of carpal tunnel. This is pressure on the median nerve as it crosses the wrist. Even with successful neck surgery, patients may have hand numbness and tingling because of carpal tunnel as a separate problem. You should see a hand surgeon to get it evaluated.
