Not always: Bleeding gums is an indicator to gum disease but its not the only indicator. Gums can bleed due to different reasons like hormones during pregnancy. If your gums bleed they need to be treated.

Yes..but: Bleeding gums are not normal. You could have gingivitis or periodontitis ( bone loss) i suggest a visit to the dentist or periodontist.

Possibly: If they bleed then that is definitive of gingivitis, the first stage of gum disease. Only your dentist, doing a proper exam, will be able to tell if it has progressed into periodontitis, or full-blown gum disease. Please see your dentist.

Probably: That is the definition of gingivitis, the earliest form of gum disease. A later form, periodontitis, affects the gum and bone. Have it checked.
