Very Very Unlikely: Risk on a whole with receiving oral sex is very low.And in the scenario you described it is even less.Saliva does not have HIV Virus.Only way it can be transmitted is if there is bleeding from gums or another part of oral cavity.Even that risk is very very little.Having said that you can never be 100% sure.

Condoms help: Oral-anal sex (rimming) has not been proven to transmit HIV, although large trial data is not available, so certainty is not assured. The practice does transmit hepatitis and parasites.
