Metanx: Yes. Metanx is one of the few treatments that can actually help with nerve regeneration and healing. (many of the other medicines for neuropathy are helpful only for nerve pain.) if you are unable to find or pay for metanx, try a b-complex vitamin as a more affordable alternative-- pick a reputable brand, and don't take more than one per day, since b6 can be toxic in excess.

Neuropathy can be due to certain vitamin deficiencies, nerve damage due to trauma, alcohol consumption, side effects of certain medications, or due to certain medical conditions such as diabetes.
