Thrush?: How do you know it's thrush? Oral fungus is pretty uncommon in otherwise healthy 19 year olds. Are you having pain? Discomfort ? Or does it just look funny? Tonsillitis can cause whitish exudate which could be misinterpreted as thrush. I think you need someone to look in your throat.

See physician stat!: As already pointed out, thrush is extremely rare in healthy young people. If you really have thrush, you may have a serious problem. Go to a free or public clinic to get a diagnosis. It may turn out it is not thrush; if it is, you would need some serios medical tests.
