Not all white tongue etc is yeast infection (thrush), so first the diagnosis must be confirmed. And up to 10-15% of yeasts are resistant to fluconazole and other "azole" drugs. Other drugs often are effective. As in the reply to your other message, an infectious diseases specialist is a good option to determine if this is the problem and which anti-fungal drug(s) likely would be effective.
