Peripheral neuropath: Compounded agents/creams/lotions are helpful. Neuropathic agents are helpful such as gabapentin, lyrica, (pregabalin) or the newer long acting Gralise off label medicines (other anticonvulsants and anti-inflammatories, or even anti-depressants known as snri's) may be used by neurologists with good effect.

Many possibilities: Edema, neuropathy, and pain can be due to many different reasons. Treatment varies depending on the cause of the problem. Have it evaluated and appropriately treated.
