Puffy toes: Edema is a condition and not a disease . It can be associated with cardiovascular conditions, where the body is retaining fluid or due to other chronic systemic diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis. The first step in dealing with your edema is in assessing its cause. Many times the treatment is different, depending on its cause. If you could more medical history it could help.

Let them know: Neuropahy has many causes including secondary to systemic disease like diabetes. Celiac disease can cause numbness, vitamin deficiencies, mechanical causes like back problems or nerve compressions, so, the doctor has to find the cause and then offer a cours of treatment. A foot doctor may be able to offer further insight.
