More tests: Could be compromise in vascular supply to lower extremities, which would affect both feet in the way you described first. Have you had a study to evaluate the aortic branches/femoral arterial supply in the pelvis area? This would be an angiogram or possibly CT-angiogram. Also, do you have lower back symptoms and did the (most sensitive) EMG include small needles in the lower back muscles?

Cold feet and lower legs all the time except when I sleep. EMG was good. Autoimmune blood tests all good. Feels like wet socks. Had since 12/19. The coldness does fluctuate but it's uncomfortable most of the time. Feels good after bath, exercise?
Can a B6 of 363 on blood test lead to feelings of cold feet and lower legs which I've had since 12/19. Lumbar MRI is good, EMG good. Better when I stand or walk/exercise, worse when I sit. Neuro exam passed no issues. Any thoughts about B6?
