Hmmm: You need to check with your infectious disease person of course. Tb is the great mimicker - it can affect many organs systems. It can reoccur in many places. I would condult an infectious disease person if you think it might have recurred.

Most people with TB : That is active will have lung TB and that causes cough, sometimes with bloody sputum along with night sweats, sometimes fever, loss of appetite and weight loss. A chest x- ray will show abnormalities and sputum stain and culture can confirm the suspicion. Just having a positive skin or blood test for TB does not reflect on activity.
