Koch's spine is the tuberculosis of the spine which happens due to infection.but how a person gets infected? what may be the reasons?is it hereditary?

No hereditary : Tuberculosis of spine is consider as potts disease/ spine. Tuberculosis of spine is not hereditary disease . Once person get primarily infected with mycobacterial tuberculosis , they can get this disease via spread to vertebrae , more common at thoracic spine.
