Depends: Clearing up X-ray will depend on the size of abnormality when treatment started. Even with successful treatment, some scarring may still be detectable on x-ray. If you complete the treatment, that should eliminate the bacterium and result in a cure. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol or weed
