Can tuberculosis chest pain radiate to back? i have had tension at left chest some months. nothing in ecg. holter registering now. possible causes?

TB pleurisy : TB can affect the lining of the lungs and chest- which wraps all the way around to the back if u think about it. You probably need a lung doctor or a doctor who knows how to treat TB to look at you. There are other tests that you might need - so I think you have to get it checked out.
