Why yellow diarrhea? narcotic withdrawal. it's bright yellow, very acidic and diarrhea even goes to water consistency. can trigger pancreatitis too.

Diarrhea: Color not worrisome bile imparts color. Narcotic withdrawal can precipitate frequent bowel movements a reversal of of norm while on narcotics. Should return to normal soon. If persistent beyond two or three days should see physician.
