Copd: It looks like you may have terminal copd, you do require lot of support and help. You may have to work with your pulmonologist, home health or even hospice services and respiratory therapist. They should be able to assess what type of help you need.

Pulmonary rehab: Pulmonary rehab includes exercises to improve copders breathing. Depending on your severity level, the exercises are tailored to you. Don't be afraid, it really does help.

Smoking cessation : Smoking cessation is number one thing to do. The disease will continue to progress if you will continue to smoke. If COPD is severe, pulmonary rehab may copdhelp.
