Fluids to avoid dehydration as per her physicians. Avoidance of DVTs, blood thinners as indicated per her M.D. HRCT thorax recommended

Low doses opiates, such as morphine work the best for shortness of breath in end stages of lung disease with benzos as an alternative. Talk to your mother’ s pulmonary specialist if she would be appropriate for the hospice benefit and/or adding a palliative care specialist in the community.
