Cardiac fears: If you've had a heart attack before, you've survived a scary time & have also likely connected with cardiologists who took good care of you. Often there are also cardiac rehab programs to help you regain your strength and stability afterwards. Your physicians can advise you about your safety traveling, if you ask them specifically. Focused psychological counseling may help you also.

Paranoia: Do you think there's something in your home that's protecting you? Most heart attacks occur at home. Unless you're traveling to a remote area, there are excellent hospitals everywhere in the usa and the developed world outside the usa. It's true that strongsville is strategically located close to the cleveland clinic. Perhaps you're right - you shouldn't leave home :) !
