Fear of Heart Attack: It is true that more men and women die of a heart attack than anything else. It isn't generally at age 35, though. I'm wondering what your family history is for cardiovascular disease, if you are obese, if you exercise or are sedentary, and what caused you to have this fear. Without knowing more, I can't say how grounded I think your fear is.
