Try imagery: Try using mental imagery to think of something pleasant during your workouts. Music can help and there are therapeutic listening programs to help with these issues. See a therapist if needed. This should be able to overcome rather easily if desired. Good for you for trying to stay in good shape physically and mentally! Keep it up!
