Yes: Did i answer this ? If no history of suicidal ideation or current suicidal tendencies. I think it wise that after that length of time you do need to see if you still need the medication as life situations change. Just do not stop "cold turkey". Wean off by reducing dosage every few days until you are down to nothing. God bless.
