Maybe: This sounds like an infected tooth. Perhaps there is a reason your child's dentist has not definitively treated it. Ask the dentist. If the answer is not satisfactory, you might consider a second opinion.

Needs Rx: Recurring pus pocket usually means infected tooth or teeth. If untreated can damage underlying permanent teeth. If your dentist can't find source of infection, might be wise to see a pediatric dental specialist. Infections should not go untreated. Before you do anything, check once more with your dentist.
