Yes go back: You are developing an infection around the teeth, you need to go back to your dentist and more likely they will have to be removed. Good luck and get it taken care of, it will not get better by itself.

Yes: Go back to your dentist. Pain is never a good sign and is the way your body tells you something is wrong.
