ENT/Plastics: Or oral surgeon. Depending on the type of fracture, each specialist treats different types of breaks. For example, if the tooth root is involved, an oral surgeon is best. If the fx involves a sinus area, see an ent. If the facial structure is severe, see a plastic surgeon. If you don't know the type of fx, go to the er and get an xray. They will refer you to the right specialist.
