Sounds like a cyst.: But no online consultant will be as accurate as seeing someone in person. Unfortunately, you have already done that and did not get much help. So at this point i would recommend seeing an abps-certified plastic surgeon who can not only tell you what s/he thinks it is, but can carefully remove it surgically (local anesthesia) with the least scar. Scar or lump? That's your choice!
